As a small independent store, while we're committed to providing the best quality in this industry, we ask our customers to shop responsibly. We accept returns and refunds only for manufacturing defects, and size exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

We strongly encourage chatting with us for size recommendations before purchasing - we've helped thousands furry customers find the perfect fit. All returns must be in original condition to protect our furry customers' health. Customers cover return shipping, but we provide prepaid labels.
