Política de reembolso

Please note that as a small business we do not accept refund. However we have a 1-week exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The cost of the post will be paid by the clients, therefore it is essential for the clients to make sure the size and the item of your order are correct. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the exchange, you can contact us at hello@brunosshop.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the address of the shipping information. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / exchangeable items
Personalised clothings and items cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
