We are based in Barcelona, Spain. All orders are handled, hand-packed, and shipped from our studio by real people who work for BRSH. So your order arrives with a touch of Mediterranean sunshine, a hint of the vibrant city, and the wonderful European design we are proud to offer.

First of all, you are always welcome to check the sizing with us through the chat box before purchasing to reduce the possibility of needing a return or exchange. You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Return fees are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. We can provide a return label, but a flat rate of 15€ for European customers and 25€ for the rest of the world will be deducted.
