You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return fees are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
We can of course provide a return label but we will deduct a flat rate of 15€ for the shipping from our European customers. For the rest of the world we kindly ask you to make a return from your local courier.
As well as the taxes and import duties. The customs charges are not refunded .
