First of all, you are always welcome to check the sizing with us through the chat box before purchasing to reduce the possibility of needing a return or exchange. You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Return fees are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. We can provide a return label, but a flat rate of 15€ for European customers and 25€ for the rest of the world will be deducted.
